IT IS COMPULSORY THAT YOUR CHILD ATTENDS THE WARM UP. COACH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PARTICIPATION TO THOSE THAT ARE LATE AND MISS SOME OR ALL OF THEIR WARM UP. (please refer to club rules)

Why preschool gymnastics?

Preschool gymnastics is a comprehensive programme that is carefully designed to evolve alongside your child’s development.

We will prepare your child with the basic skills for recreational gymnastics such as flexibility, conditioning, co-ordination and balance, fundamental yet essential skills for any sporting activity.

Skills are cleverly disguised so that your child has a fun experience and embraces a healthy active lifestyle. Sessions are designed to complement your child’s formal education bringing in topics such as colours, shapes, counting and letters and may follow themes to educate and engage your child and make the experience fun.

Your child will also practice social skills such as making friends, taking turns, sharing and later on partnership work - all in a nurturing environment.

Music is used in the form of nursery rhymes and song, not only to improve lingual skills but to familiarise the gymnasts with rhythm giving them a taste of movement and dance and building their self confidence.
