Fees And Membership

Membership:

After deciding to join Leaps & Bounds Gymnastics Club, all gymnasts must become a member of both Leaps & Bounds and British Gymnastics. Annual Membership prices are as follows:

Pre-School Gymnasts (Under 5’s):
British Gymnastics Membership- £14
Leaps & Bounds Membership – £11
Total: £25

General Gymnasts (5+):
British Gymnastics Membership- £20
Leaps & Bounds Membership – £11
Total: £31

This is annual membership and runs from October to October. If you are joining on or after the 1^st of June you will be charged a reduced fee of £20 for General and £14 for Pre-school.

Membership covers Leaps and Bounds Gymnastics membership, British Gymnastics membership and covers insurance for training. Your child may then work towards achieving proficiency badges. Membership and insurance are compulsory and non-refundable and must be renewed every year before the 30^th of September. (British Gymnastics will send you a renewal email when its due)

After you have paid the fees and membership it is the parent’s responsibility to visit the British gymnastics website and register your child online, you can do this by clicking the “new users” button below. If you do not register your child AND pay for membership, they will not have insurance for training and will not be allowed to participate. Please make sure you have done this before their first session.

Register/Renew Membership

Fees:

Fees are payable in advance per term, any missed sessions are non-refundable. Children joining halfway through a term will pay for the remaining sessions left. Parents have the option to either pay in cash at the gym or by bank transfer (If paying by transfer please add your child’s full name as a reference). If you have more than one child with us, you will also have the option of paying for one child at the start of term and one child at half term.

Club spaces are limited, please pay fee’s promptly and by deadline dates. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in your child’s place being reallocated or a late fee of £10 being charged. Parents will be kept up to date via text and information will always be available on the website.

Payment/Refund Policy

All fees for gymnastics lessons must be paid upfront in full, this is so that the space for your child is held all term. We do not offer the option to pay as you go per session. Any missed sessions will not be refunded unless the session was cancelled by us/ the venue which sometimes happens on occasion. Or the missed session/s can be discounted off next terms fees. In the case of injury/unforeseen circumstance please talk to the head coach to discus options. If fees for next term are not paid before the due date your place may be gone next term or any fees payed after the due date will incur a late fee of £10.
