Personal Data Collected at the Time of Booking a class
A certain amount of personal data is collected at the time of booking, via LoveAdmin. This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your child’s health records. In the event of a medical emergency your medical information may be passed on to the emergency services. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs. All information is treated as confidential. Information will only be viewed by L&B head coaches and if deemed necessary coaching staff will be informed, for your child’s safety. Information submitted in anyway is kept securely and for legal reasons will be kept for 6 months after your last class.
Emergency Contact Information
Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should I need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.
